we are a short walk to the beautiful Okanagan Lake. Just walk down the driveway and turn left to make your way to the lakeshore. There are plenty of beaches available along the shore. There is a nice walking path by the lake when you turn left or right.
the most popular beach in the area is called Pebble Beach and a short 10-minute walk away. There are a few docks to jump off from and it is very kid friendly. That said, if you prefer to avoid the crowds, just pick a spot on the left or right of the boat launch.
The closest boat launch is just down the hill, a 2-minute walk.
Boat rental: You can easily rent a boat for the day. In fact, Kickin’ Back Boat Rentals will meet you with your rented boat just down here for your convenience. Contact them here: https://kickinbackrentals.com/ . We have a buoy in Ok Centre that you may use during your stay.
You can fish at the dock by the boat launch, just 2 minutes away. You can get kokanee and rainbow trout. Remember to get your fishing license!
The closest playground is walking distance; approximately 10 minutes away. Once at the lake, make a right and walk the lakeshore path (alternatively you can also walk on Okanagan Centre Rd West but we prefer the walk path as it’s safer and nicer). Make your way back up to the main road once you see a very large Canada flag.
